- Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products (Customer Support Priority)
We always ensure quality checks before dispatch, but in the rare case you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are here to help.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
- Brief description of the issue
Once verified, we will quickly arrange a replacement or refund, as per your preference and product availability.
In case of replacement or exchange approval, your new product will be delivered within 7–10 working days, so you don’t have to wait long for a resolution.
Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

Return Shipping

- In other cases, customers may need to bear return shipping costs
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue is from our side
Order Cancellation
